Jesse Anderson, MA, LPC, RPT

I am passionate about working with children and families. My goal is for children to feel confident in who they are and what they can do. I also work to build up families to grow closer and stronger together. As a counselor, I see how counseling can be a powerful tool in creating positive change for anyone. I am also a Christian and believe that true peace and joy can only come from a relationship with Jesus Christ.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Missouri, as well as a Registered Play Therapist (RPT). I have lived in Harrisonville since 2014. After graduating from MidAmerica Nazarene University in 2017 with my Master’s in Counseling, I worked at a counseling agency in Independence, MO for six years before opening Growth & Grace Counseling in 2023. I am excited to be working with people in my own community.

I live in Harrisonville with my wife and 2 kids. In my free time, I enjoy basketball, attempting to garden, and playing with my kids. Ask me about Pokémon Go or classic rock music.
